Stirring Up Success with a Website Refresh

To assist the Corrigan Collection in enhancing their online presence, we designed, built, and rolled out an integrated multi-site solution that seamlessly linked their six venues under one cohesive digital structure. The Corrigan Collection team initially sought a website refresh, but after working closely with them to understand their goals, we suggested a comprehensive multi-site development. Our focus was on improving the customer journey to boost bookings and integrating an e-commerce module to cater to their business needs.

We implemented a smooth migration process, carefully transitioning their existing content to the new platform while minimising any fluctuations in performance. This approach laid solid foundations for future growth, ensuring that the new websites not only functioned flawlessly but also provided a more user friendly experience. Key results of our work include significant improvements at Corrigan’s Mayfair, with a 21.95% increase in session duration, a 19.48% uplift in pages per session, and a 2.88% decrease in bounce rate. These metrics reflect the success of our streamlined design and focus on user engagement, helping the Corrigan Collection achieve long term digital success.

Cooking Up Results with Tailored SEO

As part of our SEO efforts, we developed tailored strategies for each of their distinct restaurant brands, ensuring that each venue’s unique identity and target audience were fully addressed. By creating individual SEO plans, we were able to focus on both local and non-local markets, optimising each site to capture key search traffic from potential customers in the immediate area as well as those further afield looking to visit a restaurant in London.

Our approach included thorough keyword research, on-page optimisation, and the creation of a breadth of content, helping to increase visibility for searches in specific locations and broader searches in London. This multi-pronged strategy allowed each of the Corrigan Collection brands to stand out in an increasingly competitive market, driving both organic traffic and direct bookings. Our SEO efforts have yielded impressive results across the Corrigan Collection, particularly for Corrigan’s Mayfair. Through our targeted strategies, we saw a 50.63% increase in clicks for non-brand searches, demonstrating our success in attracting new customers who were unfamiliar with the brand. Additionally, we achieved a 141.50% increase in the number of keywords ranking across the UK, significantly expanding the restaurant's search visibility and reach. In terms of overall visibility, we also saw a 58.48% uplift in impressions, ensuring that Corrigan’s Mayfair appeared more frequently in relevant searches. 

A Recipe for Engagement

We developed individualised CRM strategies for each of the brands in the Corrigan Collection, ensuring that their customer engagement efforts were as personalised and effective as possible. Our work began with a thorough review of their existing automated journeys, optimising them for improved performance. We also implemented a successful Christmas segmentation strategy that boosted engagement during the festive season, ensuring that tailored messages reached the right audience. In addition, we provided ongoing monthly recommendations to enhance their broadcast emails, focusing on improving click rates and overall engagement. This consistent optimisation has resulted in a more engaged database, driving both traffic and bookings.

As part of a long term project, we initiated a feeder strategy aimed at bridging the brands within the collection, exploring opportunities to create cross-promotion and collaboration between venues to strengthen the Corrigan Collection’s customer relationships and brand loyalty. Our email and CRM initiatives have led to significant results, including a 19.28% growth in subscribers for Bentley’s, a 9.93% increase in open rates, and an impressive 48.73% boost in click rates. 

Spicing Up Conversions 

For the Corrigan Collection, we developed and implemented tailored paid social strategies for each brand, ensuring that every campaign aligned with the unique goals and audiences of the individual venues. By carefully understanding their target demographics, we used the comprehensive targeting capabilities of Meta Ads to craft campaigns that effectively reached potential customers. Our strategies were a balance of short term reactive campaigns that promoted offers and events within the venues, as well as long term initiatives designed to support our SEO efforts and drive sustained growth over time.

In addition to precise audience targeting, we ran successful retargeting campaigns, re-engaging visitors who had shown interest in the venues but had not yet converted, ensuring that these warm leads were nurtured. This dual approach allowed us to maximise the effectiveness of each ad spend while continually building brand recognition and customer loyalty. 

Our paid social strategies delivered outstanding results for Bentley’s, driving a 51.35% increase in conversions, demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeted campaigns in turning interest into bookings. Additionally, we saw an 84.39% uplift in click through rates, showing that our ads resonated with the audience and encouraged engagement. Our efforts also resulted in a 36.84% decrease in cost per click.
