Founded by Ben Wood, Matt Wood and Al Allaway - a patron to the world of hospitality for his breakthrough concepts and innovation that have shaped our industry, Cab has had hospitality in its soul for over two decades.
The initial vision was to build a next generation leadership team of connected specialists and a unique working practice, all living, breathing and eating their way through the industry.
